2007-12-01  Panorama

 

We went over to Canada, Panorama the 20th of November, took one day of to become acclimatized then we went to Banff for training GS. On the way we passed through a nationalpark and saw a lot of animals like a huge Moose and coyotes (kind of wolf).

When yhe GS race came I had a lot of energy in my body but still really focused and I just went down with full gas without thinking and I had the 7th time in the first run. I was surrprised because it was a big different from last race, and I felt reliefed! I was not nervous in the second run, just skied down and ended up in 7th place, tied personalbest in GS, last time was in Sölden 2002 on my first Worldcup ever...
